The product is made of a thin, flexible material, designed to be inserted into the sole of the shoe. There are two sizes available: child and adult. Within the chip is a GPS tracking device, allowing the child to be tracked from an application for the parent/guardian's smartphone. Once the product is purchased, an activation code may be found in the package in order to activate the application available for download. From there, an icon will show where your child is on a map.
What is the target audience?
Although this product was designed to ensure the safety of young children who wander away or who may have gone missing, the product has other applications as well. For example, the product may be used for people of all ages who may have an intellectual disability, foster children, or those who travel often. Unrelated to children, some adults may choose to utilize them as well and sync their device with their significant other's smartphone if they were to go on a run or travel for work so they can ensure that they are safe wherever they may be.
Where can I buy the device?
You can purchase the product on our website under the "Buy Now!" tab or in your local Walmart or Target stores.
How do I put it into my child's shoe?
Lift the edge of the insole of the shoe closest to the heel (it should be glued into the shoe) and gently slide the device underneath. If the insole is loose or is coming out of the shoe after inserting the device, try using a dab of fabric glue around the edge of it to keep it in place, while avoiding applying it to the device as well.
Can I switch the device between shoes?
Absolutely! We understand that most young children like to change their shoes often, so we designed the product in such a way so that they can still have options when it comes to their fashion choices.
Can anyone else see my child's location?
No! Our goal is to protect your children, and allowing others to have access to your child's location would only jeopardize them further. The only people who have access to their location are those who know their unique access code.
How many times can an access code be used?
An access code may only be used twice, either by two parents, a grandparent, or any other trusted adult.
